Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful and forward thinking fenestration manufacturer who are looking to employ an experienced customer service manager. The right candidate will have current or previous experience working within a similar role within the window and door industry.

The role:

Organise repairs and remediation after our windows & doors
Identify issues which need attention
Gain a greater understanding of the nature of the problem and how to resolve them
Order appropriate replacement parts
Manage and arrange for an engineer to attend the property/site to make repairs
Training will be given where needed

The candidate:

Have current experience working with a customer service management within a manufacturing environment
Experience managing a team
Be technical minded (advantage)
Be able to think on your feet and de-escalate issues promptly
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Must currently reside in the UK
Have excellent organisational skills
