Our client, a successful glazing façade and curtain walling manufacturer and installation business, are currently expanding their team and recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee large Aluminium Commercial projects across the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have experience working on such projects as schools, universities, office blocks and hospitals.
Duties include liaising with clients, managing sub-contractors and site staff to ensure the full installation meets the contracted schedules to ensure the project is delivered on time.
The successful candidate will have experience in scheduling and managing deliveries from manufacturers, monitoring installation through Toolbox Talks and recording all aspects of the installation on a daily basis.
It is essential to have knowledge of Contract Law, Health & Safety and Accurate Reporting.
The successful applicant will report to Operations Manager and be part of a larger team involved in Large Projects, therefore excellent communication skills are a must.
