Factory Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer of Windows and Doors within the Fenestration / Glazing Industry, is searching for an experienced Factory Manager to lead their production facility. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Window and Door manufacturing from raw materials to finished products.
• Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and boost output.
• Ensure all products meet industry and company quality standards.
• Lead and motivate the production team, fostering high performance.
• Maintain and upgrade machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and cost control for maximum profitability.
• Enforce strict health & safety regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
• Drive process improvements and innovation for continuous growth.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing management, ideally in windows and doors, fenestration, glazing
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving production success.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, quality control, and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and industry regulations.
