We are working with a leading manufacturer of premium-quality aluminium systems, supplying innovative and durable solutions to the trade and commercial sectors. Their product portfolio includes aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall systems, shopfronts, commercial doors, and roller shutter doors. Renowned for their commitment to excellence, they strive to set industry standards with their bespoke designs and exceptional customer service.
They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead the sales team; covering the Midland and South regions to drive growth, and further solidify their position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in both the trade and commercial sectors.
- Ensure a preventative maintenance plan is in place with all clients and customers securing the effectiveness of all products and equipment.
- Promote and oversee an effective preventative maintenance plan is in place within the company and is adhered to
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs and other metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall systems, shopfronts, and roller shutter doors.
- Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
