We have an exciting opportunity to work for an innovative Glazing Business that fabricate & install high-end products, working with Architects and Homeowners across London and the South-East. Each day will be different and there will be plenty of chances to learn new things and develop your career as the business continues to grow.

The role responsibilities:

  • In charge of scheduling installations, booking in surveys, factory dispatches, and diary management
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as, filing, reports, maintain records and system updates. Create and implement required processes, systems and protocols to ensure efficiency and smooth operations of business.
  • Co-ordinating installation teams, ensure they have all materials and equipment needed. Give assistance if the teams might need anything.
  • Order office supplies and order products replacements.
  • Transport management – weekly deliveries from the factory, glass supplier, also ad hoc transport when required
  • Liaise with all levels of staff including, including working closely with company directors
  • Office hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, with some flexibility

The persons skills and experience:

  • Have experience working within an office management role within the window and door industry
  • Fluent in Polish is an advantage
  • Have experience managing installation teams
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Must live within a commutable distance to office (West London)
