Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a family run fabricator based in Sheffield who are looking for an Order Processor to join their team.
We are looking for a candidate who has a background in Fenestration/ Windows and Doors and has recent experience in order processing. Applicants must be able to understand window and door drawings and technical information.
The role:
- Inputting Window and Door measurements ready for them to be checked and processed.
- Stock Orders/ checks
- Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture
- Chasing late/ missing deliveries
- Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads
- Assist with Admin duties as required around the contract flow from start to finish
The candidate:
- Must have experience using, window designer, or similar industry specific order processing systems
- Has current or recent experience order processing windows and doors is a must
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage own workload
- Good communication and customer service experience
- Must currently reside in the UK
