Order Processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door business who are looking for an experienced window and door Order Processor to join their expanding team.

Our client have been supplying and installing high-end windows and doors to the commercial market for over 25 years. They are known for their outstanding product quality and customer satisfaction.

The right candidate for this role will have experience order processing upvc windows and doors.

The role:

• Placing orders using fenestration specific software
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs
• Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
• Liaising with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations
• Advising and supporting clients with specification and compliance queries
• Extracting information from tender drawings to allow quotations to be prepared and submitted
• Maintaining and developing professional relationships with current clients
• Liaise with Architects and house builders
• Other duties where required
• Training will be given where needed

The candidate:

• Must have current/recent experience Order Processing and Estimating windows and doors
• Have experience using fenestration order processing systems
• Experience reading and creating technical drawings
• Be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must currently reside in the UK
