Order Processor

As an Order Processor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders. From reading technical specifications to translating them into precise production-ready designs using.

The role responsibilities:

• Processing quotes and orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Providing technical knowledge to both customers and staff where needed
• Liaising with customer enquiries and updates regarding orders
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to client requests
• Keeping in touch with customers to maintain good working relationships and keeping them in the loop at all times
• Updating schedules and spreadsheets daily

Candidate’s skills & experience:

• Have a strong background in an order processing role within the window and door industry
• Able to understand technical requirements, product enquiries and process effectively and accurately.
• Knowledge of fenestration order processing systems such as, Windows Designer, Evolution, Business Micros, Logikal or V6
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have a friendly and polite approach at all times, and positive attitude
