Are you a detail-driven Order Processor with hands-on experience in the fenestration market? Do you know your way around LogiKal and Business Micros like the back of your hand? Are you looking for a new opportunity? Then we want to hear from you!
Our client manufactures UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors and has been operating for over 20 successful years, building a great reputation within the industry and local area for their quality and service.
The right candidate will have current/recent experience as an Order Processor / Estimator with experience using industry specific software Logikal, experience of also using Business Micros is an added bonus.
The role responsibilities:
- 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
- Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
- Processing orders using when required using industry specific software
- Liaise with customers/clients regarding their orders
- Troubleshooting technical queries and spotting any inconsistencies before they reach production
- Gathering information for quotes for jobs
- Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
- Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
- Making sure CRM database is kept up to date
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
The candidate skills & experience:
- Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
- Have experience using software, Logikal and Business Micros
- Experience reading technical drawings such as CAD
- Be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be a team player and be able to use own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages
- Must currently reside in the UK
