Production Supervisor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door business who are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor who has experience using the Logikal software to join their expanding business.

Our client has been fabricating and supplying window and doors to the trade market and continues to grow year on year. They are known for their excellent product range and state of the art machinery.

The right candidate for this role will have experience as a production supervisor/ team leader within the aluminium window and door industry. This role has the potential  for the right person to step into a production managers role in the future.

The role:

• Manage, motivate, supervise and support your team
• Implement behavioral safety and standard operating procedures
• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
• Train and supervise production staff

The candidate:

• Must have a background within aluminium window and door fabrication
• Previous experience as a production supervisor or team leader
• Must have proven ability to use the software system Logikal
• Be able to manage and motivate a team/s
• Excellent communications skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Must currently reside in the UK
