Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a UK leading upvc and aluminium window and door manufacturer based in Leeds, who are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team. The right candidate with have recent / current experience as a Production Supervisor/ Team Leader / Senior Fabricator within the window and door industry.
- Manage, motivate, supervise and support your team
- Implement behavioral safety and standard operating procedures
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
- Train and supervise production staff
The candidate:
- Have a background within the upvc / aluminium window and door fabrication
- Previous experience as a production supervisor
- Be able to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communications skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Must currently reside in the UK
