Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a busy and successful aluminium manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to be based in Kent.
The right candidate for this role will have experience as a production supervisor/ team leader within the aluminium window, door and curtain walling industry.
The role:
- Manage, motivate, supervise and support your team
- Implement behavioural safety and standard operating procedures
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
- Train and supervise production staff
The candidate:
- Have a background within the aluminium window, door and curtain walling fabrication
- Previous experience as a production supervisor or team leader
- Be able to manage and motivate a team/s
- Excellent communications skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Must currently reside in the UK
