Recruitment Consultant

Chase Taylor Recruitment are a market leading recruitment agency specialising within the fenestration sector. Established for over 13 years and due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our team.

We are looking to recruit a 360 Recruitment Consultant, to work closely with the current team to accomplish business objectives. A background within fenestration or Construction would be beneficial but not essential.

As a Consultant your role will involve:

• Sourcing candidates through networking, advertisements, and headhunting
• Evaluating candidates and providing clients CVs within a timely manner.
• Maintaining communication at all stages with both candidates and clients.
• Networking and maintaining relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities.
• Maintaining records and updating notes within the in-house CRM system
• Represent Chase Taylor at industry events and exhibitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an ambitious and motivated individual looking to progress their career in Recruitment. This is an office-based role in Cannock within easy access to the motorway.

On offer is a competitive salary coupled with an attractive, uncapped commission scheme.
