We are recruiting for a leading provider of innovative uPVC window and door systems, trusted by local authorities, housing associations, contractors, housebuilders, developers, and architects. They are currently expanding their specification team and looking for a Sales Manager who can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the specification and architectural sectors.

You will leverage your expertise in the windows and doors sector to expand your career into the specification and architectural markets. Your role will be instrumental in promoting their cutting-edge window and door systems to a diverse range of clients, including:

• Local Authorities
• Housing Associations
• Contractors
• Housebuilders
• Developers
• Architects

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in progressing into the specification and architectural market and have a proactive and driven approach to business development. In addition, you must also have:

• Commercial business awareness with the ability to clearly identify potential opportunities
• Understanding the full lifecycle of the product within the marketplace from conception to site.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and both verbal and written skills.
