Site Supervisor

We are exclusively working with a leading Fabricator and Installer of Aluminium Windows and Doors, who have been operating successfully for over twenty years within the Fenestration industry. Establishing a strong reputation for high quality products and reliable service, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business who has a strong growth plan, going into 2025.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of Aluminium Curtain Walling, Windows, and Doors for a range of Commercial and Residential projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating on-site operations within 30 miles of the factory, ensuring the installation is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe working environment.

The role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the technical aspects of aluminium systems, and an ability to manage teams of installers and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the sub-contract installation team on site and making sure they are adhering to health and safety regulations
• Planning installation programmes, in line with the production & delivery schedule
• Attending site meetings and representing the company to customers
• Inspecting and documenting quality and records on site
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Must have minimum SSSTS card
• Must have NVQ level 2 Curtain Wall installation
• Have current or recent experience working as a site supervisor within the fenestration industry
• Knowledge of the Technal System (desirable)
• Have good leadership and communication skills
